The service standards we publish are based on us receiving all the correct documentation and we aim to work within these. However we cannot guarantee to meet them where we are impeded by the actions of third parties.

Just a quick thank you from me for the service provided to these clients. From previous experience with others, I did not think it would happen in time. Much appreciated.
Thanks for your follow up. This kind of due diligence is assuring me that I chose Whitehall for good reasons.
I thought I should let you know what a great job you’re doing for us. Your proactive approach in an industry dominated by call centre button pushers is a breath of fresh air.
Your business shows considerably more integrity and technical knowledge than the vast majority of other SSAS providers.
Cannot thank you enough for pulling out all the stops on this one. Really appreciate your help and support
